Found really great fill-in-the-blank business plans and marketing plans by a company called Progressive Business Consulting, Inc. available through Amazon. They publish 1150 different plans, by type of business, starting at only $29.99 with CD-ROM. They have a 5 star rating. Good Luck in your business venture.

I have read Gerber´s books, accorging to him an enterpreuner is a person that imagines and envision and design a new company in terms of a business system. An enterpreuner does not strictly needs to run the business, for that we have the manager role. In addition to that there is the techician role who is the one that produces the work, very simple in idea but difficult to accomplish especially if we are techical persons.

I have a couple of other names then storyteller, dreamer etc. Based on the book Your Life your Legacy by Roger Hamilton, We have the Creator, Star, Mechanic, Supporter, Deal Maker, Trader, Accummulator and the Lord. We cannot be all of them in any Entrepreneurship. We need to know, who we are and then get those onto our team to cover what we ain’t. That is the success to entrepreneurship.

This is compelling insight into my own IT small business owner situation. In IT there are often more hats to wear than support for that. With that in mind; being my own boss seemingly reduced this but systematically the need to distinguish & seperate these new roles has been at the heart of why my business has not been as successful as my vision had inspired it to be. This has illuminated and characterized for me the need to know more about these many faces of entreprenuerialism. Short but sweet
