The last 28 years of my career have been spent working with entrepreneurs, with the last six as President/Integrator of two organizations Running on EOS. I am excited to share my skills and experiences with others who seek change. I have personally experienced the transformative effect EOS has on an organization’s trajectory. I find great joy and satisfaction in teaching, coaching, and facilitating individuals and teams.
With a deep understanding of the entrepreneurial journey and a proven track record in implementing EOS, I am eager to help businesses optimize their operations and achieve their goals.

I enjoy traveling and spending time with my wonderful wife of more than 30 years and our three adult children, as well as fancying myself an “athlete” by playing pickleball as much as I can!
