I collaborate with private business owners and their leadership teams helping them implement a set of simple, practical, immediately usable tools so they get more of what they want from their business. EOS stands for the Entrepreneurial Operating System. My prior career as a business executive – and twice CEO of small public companies – is the foundation for my coaching.
