Gregory has two decades of experience in Sales Training, Coaching and Management; he spent ten of those years working in the field representing dozens of nationally known speakers, trainers and consultants – including Brian Tracy, Jim Rohn, Harvey Mackay, Lou Holtz, Tom Hopkins, Ken Blanchard and Og Mandino.
Gregory has a reputation for backing up his theoretical know-how with frontline salesmanship. As Co-Founder of Team Trac Inc., a company that sold long-term training plans for hundreds of companies in the Twin Cities, Gregory spent seven years developing new accounts. Greg has personally conducted over 6,000 sales calls and continues to show clients how to take the best of their sales process and improve it.
As National Sales Manager for Peak Performers Network, Gregory opened ten major cities in the U.S. and two in Canada; he then hired, trained, and managed the inside and outside sales and support reps. In 2001, Gregory founded Action Learning Corporation and is currently on retainer as Sales Coach with eight companies in the Twin Cities.
