I’m s serial entrepreneur who has been involved in the growth of many different companies – large and small.  I’ve been in the race and tasted the whip.  When I first read the book “Traction” by Gino Wickman, it hit me like a lightning bolt.  After many years of searching, I finally found an Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) that is Real, Simple and gets Results.  Finally, a method that we could use to help entrepreneurs get more of what they want out of their businesses.  A simple set of tools to resolve ALL the issues a leader may face.

As a Certified EOS Implementer, I work with leadership teams to help them do 3 things we call vision, traction, healthy.

1. Vision, from the standpoint of getting your leadership team 100% on the same page with where your organization is going and how it will get there.
2. Traction, from the standpoint of helping your leadership team become more disciplined and accountable, enable them to better execute your vision.
3. Healthy, meaning helping your leadership team to become a healthy, functional, cohesive leadership team because unfortunately, leaders don’t often function well as a team.

From there, as goes your leadership team, so goes the rest of the organization.  We get to the point where your entire organization is crystal clear on your vision, all much more disciplined and accountable in executing your vision and gaining traction – a healthy, functional, cohesive organization.
