Certified EOS Implementer
In fours years as a certified EOS Implementer, Mike has conducted more than 300 full-day EOS sessions with leadership teams of more than 50 entrepreneurial companies. An award-winning speaker, he’s also helped thousands of entrepreneurs learn and begin implementing EOS at dynamic, value-packed keynote talks, in-depth interactive workshops and peer-group retreats. Whatever the venue and format, Mike attracts large audiences, receives consistently high ratings and delivers real value that helps entrepreneurs get a grip on their businesses.
After a childhood and early career surrounded by successful entrepreneurs, Mike ultimately embarked upon his own entrepreneurial journey. He spent more than 10 years running (or helping run) four entrepreneurial companies. While trying to take a successful $7 million market research firm to the next level, Mike was introduced to Gino Wickman and EOS, and he quickly became hooked. Today, Mike is proud to be a leading EOS Implementer who works closely with Gino to spread the word about this great system. Part of that is the establishment of EOS Midwest, through which Mike is growing a talented team of certified EOS Implementers.
The goal is simple: to help others master EOS by implementing simple, practical tools proven to reduce frustrations and get better results. Mike and his team are passionate about helping business owners and leaders get their lives back.
Mike works with clients throughout the U.S. but lives in Minneapolis with his wife Kerry and sons Henry and Charlie. His older son Jon lives and works in Chicago.
