About Me

My entrepreneurial journey started in the unlikeliest of places: politics.

Early in my career I served as a press secretary in the US Senate – a job I considered to be a dream job – and I was miserable. I was in a “wrong seat” and it brought out the worst in me.

When I left that job I promised myself not to let that happen again.

My next chapter led me to business ownership and being an entrepreneur is the greatest job I never knew I wanted. In 2014 my business partner and I were struggling with people issues and complexity when someone gave us a copy of Traction and for the first time we had the tools to get clear on what we wanted for our future.

I’ve been a leader in an EOS company for 7 years growing it 62% in the first 5. There’s not a tool that I’ll teach you that I haven’t struggled through. I’ve seen this system, inside and out and I’ve used this system to help 12 entrepreneurial organizations to date.

Now I feel like I’m finally at my professional best AND I get to spend every day living up to that promise I made to myself 11 years ago.
