For 18 years, I worked at the executive level for the two largest and most respected in-home care brands, first coaching business owners, then overseeing the training of over 100 new franchisees, and leading business model innovation for a network of over 500 franchisees. In my various roles, I contributed to shaping the proven business model that guided franchisees to start and grow successful businesses.
As a member of corporate leadership teams, I participated in periodic strategic planning sessions, often experiencing firsthand the challenges that came with not having an effective system for planning, execution and accountability, all of which are vital in supporting a healthy and profitable business.
Leveraging the power of the proven EOS® process, my purpose now is to leverage my passion for coaching and facilitating to help entrepreneurial leaders cast vision, identify issues, and develop and execute a plan to achieve their goals.
When I’m not fishing, hunting or doing home improvement projects, my wife Roxanne and I enjoy spending time with our six children, their spouses, and our 15 grandchildren.
