Born and raised in Canada to immigrants, Amanda Barkey’s entrepreneurial journey began when she started the Soccer Shots Orange County franchise in the US in 2009. With over 15 years of experience in leadership and coaching, Amanda has grown successful businesses and a thriving nonprofit while managing a busy household with 5 children.
Growing by reputation and learning from her mistakes led Amanda to discover EOS through the book Traction in 2014, implementing EOS in her business transformed her franchise into one of the top five grossing businesses in the country. Expanding to Oahu, Hawaii led to continued success. Recognized as FBR’s Franchise Rockstar of the year, Amanda’s team has impacted countless coaches, children, and families worldwide.
