Growing up in a family of serial entrepreneurs, I was exposed to Retail and Construction businesses throughout my formative years. Solving issues was family dinner time!
After college, I escaped for a while, but deep down, I knew I had to return to my entrepreneurial roots. That happened after I emigrated to the USA where I have formed and owned three organizations. Sized from $2M to $125M, two were successful, and one was a constant headache, heartache, and frustration.
It was this painful experience that brought me the most growth and learning. It demanded that I draw on my large and small company experience – ultimately leading me to embrace EOS®. Using these simple proven tools, my partner and I turned around this organization taking it from $4M to $10M and from BE to a +10% NP in just over 2 years. After turning around this frustration to success, it was clear that helping other business owners solve their frustrations was where my passion lay.
