As an EOS Implementer, I might be an excellent fit for your company if you are looking for:
* Balance: My clients report that I am honest, serious, and adept at putting everyone at ease.
* Positivity: I take pride in helping individuals recognize their strengths and capabilities.
* Simplification: If we can use fewer, shorter words, let’s do so!
* Momentum: I love to work quickly with individuals who know what they want.
Here is a little about my background:
I caught the business bug early, founding two Sports Training companies, one in England (age 23) and the other in the US (age 26).
While not by design, I became the Integrator for one business and Visionary for the other. We grew quickly, regularly increasing the size of our staff and customer bases. Our primary daily battle was matching capacity to sales. Finding and training great people was vital.
I learned that leaders are responsible for a lot. You stand a great chance of success if you get the right people on board, support them, and provide the tools and training they need.
My entrepreneurial journey ignited a fervent passion for continuous learning and exploration of what constitutes a great leader and leadership team. This passion led me to venture into various industries and pursue an MBA and Doctorate in Organizational Development/Leadership.
Becoming an EOS Implementer was a natural transition for me as I realized my favorite experiences and engagements involved fast-moving change projects. Whether driving rapid sales growth, launching new products or services, or helping teams reset, I love to collaborate on such challenges.
My EOS life includes spending time with my wife and two daughters, trail biking (sometimes with Blue, our springer spaniel), golfing, coaching youth sports, and serving on several boards and committees here in Arizona.
