During the last 7 years.
I worked in a non-profit organization, in a variety of different positions, including marketing and sales,
and in the last two years as the manager of all activities in Israel.
I faced 2 problems at that time:
- The organization reached a glass ceiling which it was unable to break through
- And worse, the atmosphere and relations within the leadership team, and among the employees was really bad.
It bothered me a lot, because the organization had huge potential, and we were just stuck.

Two years ago, the organization entered the EOS process and the results were amazing.
We all shared one clear vision, and worked every day on its execution,
The communication and discourse of the leadership team and the employees changed completely,
and the organization grew again.
When I saw that it worked, I decided to try to see if it would work in more places..
I actually tried it on 5 different businesses..! all of them had good results, some of them were outstanding.
I was filled with a huge passion to lead a positive impact in the world,
and to help entrepreneurs and organizations achieve what they want from their business.
