About Me

I’ve been an entrepreneur for over 15 years while raising a family. My moment of clarity in my career was discovering the tools of EOS. Prior to implementing EOS we were rowing in different directions and spending all of our energy putting out fires. Implementing EOS gave me the focus I needed to level up my leadership, rally a strong team and execute at a higher level.
I believe EOS can change both your personal and professional life. It changed mine, as I needed the support to increase my accountability and discipline before I could expect that of my team. EOS offered me a simple but powerful framework that kept me laser-focused on pursuing our vision, executing better than our competitors and investing in a healthy values-driven culture – through the good times and bad.
I became a professional implementer as I believe working with an implementer helps your team grasp and master EOS faster – enabling you to focus on growing your business and leaving time for pursuing other interests. I’ve seen my clients experience relief and renewed passion as we solve root problems, energize their teams and scale their businesses. Don’t go at it alone.
