My passion is helping small and medium-sized businesses to grow and thrive.

After starting my career in corporate consulting in New York and London, I transitioned to oversee operations at a fast-growing business operating between the US and Ghana. During this time, I spearheaded the setup of a new factory, scaled our supplier base from 90 to 8,000, and helped drive revenue growth by over 250%. Throughout this journey, I experienced firsthand the challenges of aligning execution with a company’s vision.

In the years that followed, I worked with over 20 small and medium-sized businesses & non-profits around the globe. It was during this period that I discovered EOS. I noticed that my most successful clients were using EOS, and I quickly became a passionate advocate of the system. Today, I am dedicated to helping other entrepreneurial leaders implement EOS in their own organizations.

Currently, I work with EOS clients in the UK and Africa, including but not limited to the counties of Oxfordshire, Warwickshire, Northamptonshire, Buckinghamshire, and Midlands in the UK, and the countries of Kenya (Nairobi), Uganda, Tanzania, Ethiopia, Ghana, and Nigeria in Sub-Saharan Africa.
