I became an entrepreneur at 25 when my boss died in a car accident. Suddenly I was the new owner, and I don’t know anything about running a business; but I learned from the school of hard knocks and figured it out. Although I was able to grow the company by 10x, I ultimately left with nothing after a disagreement with my partner over the direction of the company.
Next, I built a company from a startup to a $25M company with 250 employees in eight offices in seven different states; building high performing sales and leadership teams along the way. As the business grew, so did my challenges and frustrations. I would wakeup at night worrying about people issues, lack of control, time and money. I ultimately sold the business and retired.
However, I’m not cut out for retirement and missed the day to day work with my team. That’s when I decided to become an EOS Implementer to help people like you get what they want from their businesses.
It won’t be easy, but it will be fun and the results will speak for themselves.
