I spent the first part of my career in healthcare, helping companies grow and preparing them for acquisition and integration. I left corporate America to co-launch a family-run home care business. While the business was successful, it also came with many challenges and deep frustration. As owners, we “hit the ceiling” and found it difficult to reach the next level. We struggled to develop strong leadership teams and get everyone rowing in the same direction. If we had only known about EOS!

I thrive in difficult situations, engaging everyone at the table to solve problems through a shared sense of purpose. Owning a business is challenging and hard, but it doesn’t have to be repetitively hard. I work with my clients to help them address root-cause issues and develop practical solutions to run a better business and strengthen their teams.

When I’m not working with my clients, you’ll find me volunteering, playing golf, or just hanging out in the backyard with my family and our three dogs, experimenting with a new pizza recipe.
