Through EO’s mentorship, she adopted the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS), enabling her team to operate independently and efficiently. This shift allowed her business to scale, catering to events with up to 6,000 guests and earning recognition as one of Manila’s Best Caterers.
Beyond catering, Audrey founded a recruitment company and an e-commerce business. She now dedicates her time to refining Revenue Operations processes for companies, leveraging her marketing and sales expertise. Audrey also established a BPO startup that connects Filipino talent with U.S. companies needing outsourced work in the Revenue Operations space.
