Taylor spent fifteen years building a legal practice. While law school taught him how to practice law, it did not teach him how to build and run a great business. So it wasn’t altogether unsurprising when, about ten years into building his legal practice, Taylor’s revenues flat-lined and his overall results didn’t match his effort. The trajectory of Taylor’s career changed when a mentor handed him Traction, which gave Taylor a simple and powerful framework for running a great business. And that’s exactly what he did for the five years that followed. Having seen the impact EOS had on Taylor’s business, other business owners began asking Taylor to put EOS to work in their businesses. One eventually sold at a significant multiple and another materially increased their revenues after running on EOS for a single year. Taylor got hooked on that level of impact and launched an EOS implementer practice to pursue that for others. But old habits die hard: Taylor has found that cross-examining leadership team members is a powerful way to get a team on the same page!
Taylor’s sweet spot is helping others gain alignment, solve challenging problems, and level up their leadership.
