After 17 years of scaling 24×7 live production operations at the world’s largest Shopping network to become an $8B global organization, Monica left to join a flash sale ecommerce start up. She worked with the founders to grow that business to over $300M in annual revenue but ultimately was recruited back to the Shopping Network to help them break through a new growth ceiling. While there, she created and implemented business operating systems to improve decision making and execution. That role crystalized her Unique Ability, which is helping leadership teams clarify, simplify, and achieve their vision.
She started her own business in 2018 focused on helping entrepreneurs with strategic and operations planning. Some clients were implementing EOS and that is when she first read the book Traction. The timeless concepts and simple tools complemented her experiences but the EOS Proven Process and Core Values were the catalyst for becoming an EOS Implementer.
Monica’s 10-year target is to help at least 100 businesses clarify, simplify, and achieve their vision by 2030.
