My husband and I started our own business in 2010. After a few years, it was growing beyond its means: the company was reactive and leaving money on the table. We implemented EOS^® and everyone started rowing in the same direction, meetings became time well-spent and profitability 3x in 12 months.

I was also a VP at a large company where I was known for launching new brands from scratch and solving problems. In my last role, I was brought in to fix a business; sales had declined for 4 years and team members followed their own agendas. I worked with the leadership team to create a vision, define the culture we wanted, and execute against one strategy. We began exceeding our target year-over-year!
