About Me

Implementer Category: Professional

I grew up in an entrepreneurial household and witnessed my father deal with the ups and downs of running a small business.

However, I started my career in ‘Big Corporate’ working at Target and Sears/Kmart. At the time, the CEO of Sears was rated by Forbes as the worst CEO in America. The corporate life was NOT for me!

I then moved into technology consulting and joined a small but growing company in downtown Chicago. As employee #100, I saw how a well-communicated vision, disciplined execution, and a healthy leadership team grow the company to thousands of employees.

After getting my MBA from The University of Chicago, I knew in my heart that it was time to get back to my roots. I decided to buy the family business that I grew up watching. I had no idea how to run a business but we hired a professional EOS Implementer and got to work! I went from working 7-days a week and pulling my hair out, to creating a vision, creating a well-functioning leadership team, and growing the company to the point where I can help other businesses get what THEY want out of their business – all through the tools and disciplines of EOS!
