About Me

Al has been an Entrepreneur for over 30 years.

He owned and operated a Seminar Company where he organized and ran Leadership and Sales seminars in Canada and in the US.

In 2000, he sold that business and partnered with International Author and World-renowned speaker Robin Sharma.

As Vice President and General Manager at Sharma Leadership International, Al handled all of Robin’s speaking engagements, organized open and corporate workshops (worldwide), was responsible for client engagements and helped develop their Leadership Development & Training programs.

In 3 short years, Al certified over 200 Facilitators worldwide + ran the course for organizations such as Citigroup, Tim Horton’s, Rogers Communications, RBC and many other groups around the globe.

Today, Al is record breaking, Expert EOS Implementer™ where he uses his 30 years of experience as an Entrepreneur, Business Coach, and Facilitator/Trainer to help Entrepreneurial Leadership teams get what they want from their business.

He lives in Toronto, Canada with his wife and two children.
