I come from a family of entrepreneurs, and I’ve seen both their successes and inevitable struggles. While I spent the first 10 years of my career in HR, leadership, and strategy roles, I always had that entrepreneurial “itch.”

When I decided to make the leap, I teamed up with a great partner and we cofounded a leadership development firm serving a variety of clients from high-growth entrepreneurial companies to Fortune 500 global brands. Like most entrepreneurs, I wore every hat in our business including leading sales and marketing, managing projects, and overseeing two successful acquisitions. But my superpower has always been creating order out of chaos and reducing the complexities that exist in organizations.

After 20 years focused on growing our firm, I had that aha moment after re-reading Traction and knew I wanted to focus my energies on helping other entrepreneurial teams get unstuck so they could achieve their vision and live their best lives.
