About Me

I am a heart surgeon for businesses. My experience across all business functions gives me the unique ability to diagnose areas of improvement as I roll up my sleeves and dive right in to stop the bleeding. I bring solutions to the table, not more problems.

I cut my teeth in leadership and decision making over my 9.5 years in the military, including one combat deployment to Afghanistan. My systemization and process improvement expertise comes from my time at Accenture working with Fortune 100 clients on large-scale change initiative projects. I’ve held various C-Suite roles in organizations over my career in both full-time and fractional capacities.

I am an active angel investor and am also constantly searching for businesses to acquire for my clients. This unique lens and experience makes me more effective in the session room as I take my clients through their EOS Journey. I have a keen ability to understand pain points and issues faced by businesses across a myriad of industries and across all stages of a business life cycle. I share my nuggets of knowledge to help you and the rest of your team grow both personally and professionally.
