Andrew has the heart of a farmer — he loves seeing things grow, whether it’s a plant, a company, an employee or profits. He is a lifelong entrepreneur with real world experience earned by building a company from scratch. He started Wisteria, a national home décor company that was one of the first DTC furniture companies in the U.S. Andrew experienced every stage of a company’s growth — from no revenue/no employees to thirty million in revenues and over 150 employees. That explosive growth coupled with a rapidly changing marketplace led Andrew to “hit the ceiling” in 2015. That’s when he was introduced to EOS.
By following the proven EOS process, Andrew fixed many of the company’s issues and in 2018 he sold his business to a private equity group. He credits implementing EOS as the best business decision he ever made. As a Professional EOS implementer, he is now passionate about helping others achieve their entrepreneurial dreams.
In addition to running his own company, Andrew has worked in management consulting, teaching and non-profit management. He is married to Shannon, a school chaplain, has two college-aged children and is the personal assistant to their dog Lily.
