I specialize in helping businesses implement the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS), a process by which I successfully ran my land-lease community business for 15 years before selling in 2018. EOS is a set of concepts and practical tools that guides businesses and solves problems. I was fortunate to learn the EOS process from one of the best, Gino Wickman, author of Traction. In his book, he references me and my company and our successes.

As a professional EOS Implementer, I have experience working with a variety of industries, including construction, multi-family residences, financial services and even religious non-profits. I bring a sense of positivity and focus to meetings, while remaining radically neutral. This ensures productive conversation and allows the identification of key issues and potential solutions.

I am currently the Chair of the Detroit area chapter of Tiger 21, an exclusive peer membership organization of high-net-worth entrepreneurs, investors and executives. I’m an active volunteer and board member for two nonprofit organizations, both of which have an emphasis on children.
