Born and raised in a family business, Ben Jayson has lived the highs and lows of working in a small organization and navigating the challenges with growing a business while working with family. After graduating with a triple-concentration in Finance, Marketing and Accounting and spending a year living and working in Germany, Ben embraced his passion for continuous growth and development and joined one of General Electric’s leadership development programs.
After formally entering the family business, Ben was able to leverage his lessons in leadership to recruit a talented team and drive increased visibility and accountability to the organization. Ben joined the Young Presidents Organization (YPO) to fuel his passion for learning and discovered the concepts of EOS. He realized that EOS had refined many of the tools he had been using to be in their simplest purest form, and created a proven process which freed companies to define their vision, drive accountability and ownership, and make the team more cohesive.
After seeing the impact EOS had on not only the businesses who ran on it, but also the personal lives of the leadership team, Ben knew he had discovered his path.
