I started off sweeping floors, toting supplies and picking up and straightening nails for my dad while we did home remodels. From that humble start, I grew to the level of CEO of a large construction firm. On that journey, I sat in a lot of seats, and many of them were pretty uncomfortable, especially the CEO one.
See, my approach to solving problems was work harder, put more time in, put more people on it. I didn’t have the tools or knowledge on how to get people on the same page, or how to create discipline and focus around what truly matters, or how to build a functional cohesive team that works well together. When it came to solving issues, it was just figure it out and get back to work.
Until I heard about EOS and saw it in action. Then, I had the tools the team and I needed. Then the magic started happening.
That uncovered my passion, my obsession: helping you as a business owner and you as a Leader win your game, be your best, and get what you want. There is nothing more satisfying.
