Blake grew up with a front row seat in the entrepreneurial life. This passion led Blake down a path that gave him the privilege of experiencing many different industries. Most recently he helped lead an organization through extremely rapid growth in a short amount of time. From the outside, it looked like the team was on top of the world but on the inside they experienced many layers of complexity and confusion about where the organization was going and how they would get there.
This is where Blake first encountered EOS. As he and the leadership team implemented the process and tools, they became a healthy leadership team with clear vision and execution. The entire organization was transformed and was able to continue the rapid growth while becoming healthy in every aspect of their business. Because of this journey, Blake’s passion led him to help as many business owners and leaders as possible bring clarity and health to their organization, while enjoying it along the way.
Blake enjoys all things outdoors – hunting, fishing, golf and working on his farm. Blake, his wife Monika, and their five children live in Quitman, AR.
