An effective discipline I’ve been teaching for the last nine years is the same-page meeting. It’s for business partners and/or visionary/integrator relationships, and it keeps these two people 100 percent on the same page. This makes the organization much more effective. It eliminates dysfunctional, unproductive leadership team meetings and interactions, due to a lack of “same pageness” (as one of my clients puts it) on the part of the key leaders.
