About Me

I am a devout Catholic, loving husband, proud father of seven. My Unique Ability is to relate to and motivate others with profound integrity and humility to inspire growth beyond our own expectations.

In 2010, I launched my first business, Sullivan Engineering focused on providing great services, with fantastic people that shared similar values. The first few years were difficult for sure; but also resulted in some impressive growth. That growth began to plateau in 2013 through 2014. Finally in 2015 I received a copy of Traction and recognized that we had “hit the ceiling”. Our leadership team implemented EOS with the help of some truly fantastic implementers and the growth trajectory resumed placing us on the Inc 5000 list 5 years in a row.

I have a BS and a Masters in Civil Engineering from Manhattan College where I am currently a member of the CE Board of Advisors. I am also a graduate of the Owners Presidents Management program at Harvard Business School. My commitment to lifelong learning continues through various coaching programs and my passion for reading (listening) to many great books on personal and professional development.
