Brian began his entrepreneurial journey at a young age. By 12 he was designing placemats for a local diner out of his bedroom. Later in his professional career, he led entrepreneurial businesses in sizes ranging from 7 to more than 170 employees, across multiple industries.

While struggling to build and lead exceptional teams, he realized the need to learn from others. In 2012 he joined C12, a Christian business owner peer-group, where he learned from and worked alongside more than 30 diverse business owners. Two powerful results were realized… His team grew the business 3X in revenue and consistently dropped more than 20% to the bottom line. And, Brian began to develop a heart for serving other leaders as he noticed the common challenges shared by members of the group.

Now Brian’s passion is to use his 3,500+ hours of EOS experience and 400+ session days working alongside entrepreneurial teams to help other leaders implement this holistic system allowing them to live their ideal lives. Lives that exist outside of the office. Lives that can now have a positive impact on their families, churches, and communities. Lives with a purpose, that are enabled by a system, EOS.
