I credit my grandfather with sparking my entrepreneurial passion. I started my career in strategic planning and operations for health systems, then co-founded the ventures arm for The Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC) in 2019, where I fell in love with startups. After launching several companies, I became COO of The Skin Clique (TSC), the nation’s first concierge medical aesthetics practice. We scaled nationally but hit a ceiling as complexity grew. A mentor handed me Traction, and I knew EOS was our answer.

With EOS, we scaled TSC from $2M to $15M in three years. I loved EOS so much that I became a Certified EOS Implementer to help other entrepreneurs do the same. I’ve worked with 25+ clients, impacting 100+ leadership team members across industries like healthcare, recruiting, finance, construction, marketing, and retail to name a few.
