About 5 years into my professional career in Hong Kong I decided I wanted to be an entrepreneur, so I took the plunge and co-founded 2 separate start-ups. Although we poured our heart and soul into the companies for several years, we never experienced the kind of success we had hoped for and we couldn’t figure out why. Eventually, we sold both companies and I returned to the US where I took a senior level position with a small staffing company. It was there that I was introduced to part of an EOS tool, but even then I could tell there was something special about it. A few years later I joined a different staffing company where I was presented with the full EOS model through an EOS implementer. After being directly involved in that process and seeing the growth of the company both financially and culturally across the entire organization, I realized that (1) EOS provided the business framework and practical tools that I’d been looking for all along, and (2) I discovered that my real passion was helping entrepreneurs get everything they want from their businesses through EOS.
