Clark began in the corporate world leading teams across every function, integrated three mergers/acquisitions and saw firsthand the day-to-day challenges of running a business.
In 2003, Clark started his own business to fulfill his passion of helping entrepreneurial organizations get what they want from their businesses, and he knew there must be a better way. Clark built a system of tools for his clients but then in 2011 discovered EOS, the Entrepreneurial Operating System® in the book TRACTION by Gino Wickman. He quickly saw that this system was simpler and includes proven tools to build more effective organizations rooted in accountability.
Clark has found his niche’ working with over 75 companies and hundreds of entrepreneurial leaders to help them clarify, simplify and achieve their vision.
Clark also spreads the word about EOS through talks and workshops. He continues to give back through trade associations, several not-for-profit clients and his local church. Clark and his wife Cindy live in the Chicago area and have been married 40 years. They have three adult children and ten grandchildren.
