I was introduced to what it means to be an entrepreneur by my dad. He built a freight forwarding business, and I grew up working in and around that business. I saw and experienced the highs and celebrations as well as the frustrations and challenges of running the business and keeping it going. I decided to pursue my own path in the corporate world, which did not feed my entrepreneurial spirit or bring me daily energy. I spent the next 20 years helping entrepreneurial companies grow, which included some train wrecks and some huge successes. I was blessed to join a firm running on EOS and spend 5 years as a Director with that firm. Our team experienced healthy growth as we provided people solutions to entrepreneurs in the EOS Community.
The celebrations and frustrations have shaped my passion for helping entrepreneurs get what they want from their businesses, and EOS is the complete system to feed that passion. I am now a proud husband, father and grandfather who is blessed to be able to bring EOS to entrepreneurs and leadership teams to help them get everything they want from their businesses. I’m excited to bring the EOS life to entrepreneurs day in and day out.
