My passion is to help as many people as possible feel the energy in a truly great business. When it’s healthy, functional and cohesive and the right people are rowing in the same direction – truly great things happen.

My story started in the RAF followed by a 29 year career in Technology. Working for Corporates, VC/PE backed start-ups and fully bootstrapped organisations, I experienced high growth, stalled revenue, acquisitions on both sides, redundancies and failed attempts – typically either starting up and growing new overseas businesses or as a commercial or ops Director – driving towards exit events.

But, way back in 2012 I came across EOS for the first time. We gathered in Sausalito, San Francisco for what became the most empowering and enlightening business meeting I had ever had. The clarity and purpose from this single event led to an outcome of $0 to $12m in 4 years, a healthy team, Raving Fans and several offices throughout Europe.

I have since integrated EOS into many businesses, replicating the same successes (and seeing the same issues). Now as an Implementer, I can leverage all this experience in business and EOS to help you get what you want from your business.
