About Me

My purpose in life is to help build great companies. I came to this realization while creating a network of international companies, and obsessing about how to help entrepreneurs and get leaders to work together. Ultimately I discovered the best way to lead was by doing something I already loved, being a great teacher and coach.

My journey began by helping a family build a great US national company. I then took it global by building a dozen companies around the world, culminating in an international organization that generates hundreds of millions in revenue. Along the way I joined with a group of partners to acquire the holding company, which we subsequently sold to a larger firm.

After the sale I became a coach to help continue to build great companies. Having learned the hard way, I was excited to discover EOS, and how it makes building easier and leads to a better life. The style I developed getting international leaders to work together is the same one I bring to my clients today; patient, methodical and effective. I obsess about ensuring each company is successful and have devoted the rest of my career to helping as many as I can.
