As an entrepreneur, I have started 2 businesses and 3 non profits. I ran a nationwide organization that impacted tens of thousands of college students across America. Though rewarding, that leadership experience was painful and revealing. Leading a staff of 20 around the nation was complicated and my team suffered. The lesson for me was, even though we made a positive impact, I realized I didn’t have all the tools I needed to take the organization to the next level. A decade later, I was introduced to EOS and saw a much better way forward for leaders like me who truly want to run great organizations.

I do that by facilitating and coaching three things:

• Vision, getting leaders 100% on the same page with where the organization is going and how it is going to get there

• Traction, helping leaders to become more disciplined and accountable, executing really well to achieve every part of the vision

• Healthy, helping leaders to become a healthy, functional, and cohesive leadership team

I have been married for 24 years and have 3 children. My overarching WHY is simply to help leaders get unhurried and unworried so they can be more present to their most important relationships.
