Eager to streamline operations, I turned to Traction and attempted self-implement EOS. Due to the urgencies of day-to-day business, I eventually sought the expertise of an EOS Implementer. Now, leveraging my EOS experience, I assist other entrepreneurs in successfully implementing EOS.
