Over the past 30 years, I’ve found that my passion is helping people achieve their goals! It’s what gets me out of bed. And that’s what I do now-help owners and leadership teams achieve operational excellence.
I have founded 5 different companies. Some were big wins, others were learning experiences. But that’s what drives me—I’m all about learning, growing, and pushing forward.
After college, I started climbing the corporate ladder, but soon jumped into entrepreneurship by joining a much smaller company. Over the next 17 years, I helped grow that company into a national brand, leading to a successful IPO and merger.
When not working, I’m living the Colorado lifestyle doing something fun. Maybe it’s skiing, or road cycling or hiking..always with my family and friends and when possible with my dog, Buck. It’s where I do my best thinking and refill my bucket to help you fill yours.
