When I started my professional career, I had no clue what I wanted to do. One interaction changed that forever. My sales manager pulled me into a room to have “the talk”. I was struggling, and if this didn’t turn around it would be the end. That conversation did two things 1)turned around my career, maybe my life and 2)lit my fire to do that for other people. From there I used that passion to follow in my mentors footsteps and lead the team. During my time we grew revenue by 37% and in my final year we reached $22 million for the first time in company history.
Ready for my next challenge, I jumped in entrepreneurial life. Like many first time entrepreneurs, I failed. My partner and I had no clear direction, no alignment to achieve our goals and ultimately no trust. You win some and you learn some.
I landed at an organization that was in the midst of implementing EOS. This is where I was introduced to and read Traction® for the first time and that began my EOS journey. I helped 52 entrepreneurs use the tools and disciplines of EOS in their companies. Working to implement EOS with them and seeing them reach their true potential, reignited my entrepreneurial passion.
