Gain Clarity And Alignment

I started my 1st business with my husband when I was 21 yrs. old.

At a point of burn out, I had to stop sacrificing my life to the business.  We put some tactical systems, processes, & culture into place.  It got better but I put myself into every process and decision because I was afraid to let go of control.

In 2013 our sons were 18 & 21 yrs. old; we were given the accidental blessing of our daughter.  In August of that year when the baby was 3 months old, we lost my husband in an accident while we were on a family vacation. In the months following my amazing team picked up the ball and carried on.  During this trauma, I was given the gift of freedom and a forced letting go of the vine.  I discovered I was no longer passionate about the company, but I loved entrepreneurship. I knew my career would be business coaching.

When my sons decided to take over ownership, I knew EOS was the best choice for the transition to a 2^nd generation company.  I wanted them to have their own vision, system, and have a strong healthy team around them.  In two years, we increased revenue by 28% and increased the bottom line by 260%. In 2019 our best year financially and we had a ton of fun.
