From a young age, I’ve been an entrepreneur at heart. I spent my school years working part-time in the family business. After getting a business degree, I was appointed president.
Over the next 3 years, I initiated programs that doubled sales and took our brand recognition from one county into the tri-state area.
In the 90’s I saw the potential of a new medium––Internet marketing. It was finally time to start my own business. I sold back my equity and started a web firm. Although we delivered exceptional websites, my clients relied on us for far more help. This prompted a merger that formed my full-service agency.
Even with the new services, something was missing. I still wanted to contribute more to the overall success of my clients’ businesses. Around this time, we adopted EOS. What an eye-opener. Both for my agency and for me personally. We defined Core Processes and developed clear Measurables. These and other EOS tools led to the sale of my company for more than I thought possible.
