Dean is a veteran. He joined the military and loved spending years implementing Quality Engineering in the USAF, Army, and Navy. After he left the military, he took over the family business with his sister. It grew from one to seven stores and sold at a profit ten years later. That experience reinforced his belief that, like the military, business owner/s/leaders need an operating system that keeps things real, simple, and results-focused.
He has enjoyed helping Fortune 100 companies to small mom-and-pop family-owned businesses. He uses down-to-earth, common-sense coaching to help business owners and leadership teams to control chaos, make a profit, and leave a stable legacy.
Dean has spoken as a national keynote speaker on the topics of Strategic Planning, Emotional Intelligence, MBTI, and Project Management.
Today, as an EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) Implementer, Dean spends his time helping entrepreneurial leadership teams to implement the tools of The Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS). His motto: “I turn good companies into great companies.”
