About Me

Debra Flanz has a passion for helping entrepreneurs and leadership teams realize their dreams by optimizing productivity and performance of their businesses and people. With a background as a CEO, CRO and entrepreneur, Debra is effective in helping  senior leaders and their teams achieve powerful business results, bringing a valuable global mindset to her clients.

Debra founded and managed several successful companies. As Founder of Capital Resources International, she provided a forum for CEO’s to attract global investment. She was CRO of digital marketing firm Precision Prospects, which sold in a trade sale.

Debra served as President of the Financial Women’s Association and Advisory Board Member of NAWBO, receiving FWA’s Public Sector Women of the Year award and the Women Presidents Organization President’s Award.

Featured by Good Morning America in a special, The Women of Wall Street, she was also highlighted in several books: Women And The Leadership Q by Shoya Zichy and The Best Way In The World For A Woman To Make Money by David King.

Debra is a married mother of two sons and lives in New York City. She has visited 70 countries for business and pleasure.
