I’m a lifelong entrepreneur. I found at the age of 26 this was my calling…my unique way to make a positive impact on peoples lives. Since then, I have started 5 businesses and acquired/helped run 14 family businesses. What I’ve found along the journey is that owning & leading entrepreneurial businesses is tough!
I discovered EOS early and have been using it in all my businesses since 2015. I’ve witnessed first-hand the huge impact it has had on my businesses and on people’s lives, including my own. Thankfully, I had EOS when I acquired my first business because we encountered A LOT of issues along the way, and I was often over-complicating things. We were ultimately able to build a great leadership team, double sales and profit, and successfully exit. EOS was instrumental in our ability to weather the storms and stay focused along the way.
EOS has had the biggest impact on my life. It’s given me the tools and process to simply, focus, and execute at work and the freedom to be the Dad/Husband I need to be at home. I want to share these experiences with more entrepreneurs to help them lead better companies, make an even bigger impact, and live a better life.
