Dick’s entrepreneurial spirit was birthed as a child. As the youngest of 12 children, Dick learned he had to earn or do without. So, he established a couple of enterprises. After completing graduate school, he led an entrepreneurial organization which grew exponentially, became highly profitable and extremely well respected. He has been involved in two start-ups. His first attempt failed. He learned a lot. The second company is alive and well.
Dick is a highly experienced and skilled professional. He has facilitated problem solving sessions with leadership teams across many industries, especially with family privately held companies. He understands what it means to be stuck and struggle with the challenges of running a business.
Several of Dick’s clients began using EOS implementers. He was impressed with how EOS brought them greater clarity, deeper satisfaction, and increased profitability.
