I spent the first half of my career in the CPG food industry, holding various sales roles serving major U.S. food retailers. I was fortunate to learn how some of the world’s biggest companies operate. Along the way, I realized that while I loved the people, I didn’t fully love the work.
That sparked a search to unlock my own talents — and in that pursuit, I heard the entrepreneurial call many of us know so well. I followed it. After years of incredibly hard but endlessly exciting work, I discovered a passion for helping good, but stuck, businesses thrive. That path led me to EOS — and everything clicked.
Today, I work with entrepreneurs every day: teaching, coaching, and facilitating leadership teams to build healthy, meaningful companies.
I live in Fayetteville, AR, and work within a two-hour radius of Northwest Arkansas. My wife Angela and our kids, Arden and Beck, are my world. I love golf, fishing, cycling, and BBQ.
I’m always up for a conversation about business, entrepreneurship, or EOS — and I’d be grateful for the chance to connect.
