We all need a coach on our bench.

Eddie Russ activates leaders. Eddie has always been a teacher and a coach, and he finds joy in helping others to maximize their success.

After a thirteen year career in education as a high school English teacher, varsity basketball and soccer coach, Dean of Students, and Director of Athletics in San Francisco and Austin, the entrepreneurial bug hit, and in 2007 Eddie started the Soccer Shots Austin and San Antonio franchises.

Like most entrepreneurs, Eddie grew his franchise learning from his mistakes as he went… until he read Traction in 2015, and he realized there was a better and easier way to run your business. After implementing E.O.S., Eddie grew his Soccer Shots franchise to one of the top grossing territories in the country and his team has impacted thousands of children, coaches, and parents through the beautiful game of soccer.

As a Certified E.O.S. implementer, Eddie helps leadership teams to implement the E.O.S. system in order to cast a clear vision, increase accountability, open communication, gain traction…. and, ultimately, to live a better life.
